Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pinreview (the "Service"), operated by pinreview ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period and then revert to the Free plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, or using the Service to send spam. You are responsible for the content and feedback you and your guests submit.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we will delete or return your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
